DASSAULT AVIATION Qualification for thread rolling

Our company is qualified for the thread rolling activity by DASSAULT AVIATION and appears as such in the List providers companies (special processes) authorized by Dassault Aviation DGQT 0.5.0.0035 and DGQT 0.5.1.0008 and DGQT 61044.

• TA6V 900MPa : M4 to M24 pitch 1.5 max
• STEEL 900MPa: M4 to M35 pitch 1.5 max

Class 1 :

This qualification has a 3 year period of validity.

DASSAULT AVIATION Qualification for rolling burnishing

Our company has qualified for the rolling burnishing activity (TA6V TK, TX and steels <1300MPa.) by DASSAULT AVIATION according to AG QC 58251 (05/23/2016).This qualification has a 3 year period of validity.

AIRBUS HELICOPTERS Qualification for thread rolling

Our company has qualified for the thread rolling activity by AIRBUS HELICOPTERS and appears as such in the List providers companies (special processes) authorized by Airbus Helicopters L030 03-001.
